Director - Net Revenue Management (NRM) (CPG)

Location: Hybrid role based in Durham, North Carolina, USA

Salary: $149,600–$369,700 per year depending on U.S. labor-cost zone, plus eligibility for incentive plans.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise pricing strategy, including list pricing, pack/price architecture, competitive price gaps, elasticity guardrails, and pass-through strategies.
• Own trade investment and promotion optimization across retailers, items, channels, and promotional formats.
• Lead development and adoption of pricing simulators, promotion ROI tools, and scenario-planning capabilities.
• Translate advanced analytics, demand models, and financial models into decision-ready recommendations.
• Coordinate enterprise responses to cost volatility and inflation while protecting margin, volume, and share.
• Build and develop a high-performing Net Revenue Management team and establish governance tied to value delivery.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in CPG, consulting, pricing, trade, or revenue management.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and deliver cross-functional outcomes.
• Strong analytical foundation in elasticity, demand modeling, and financial modeling.
• Experience leading teams and building capabilities at scale.
• Ability to translate complex analytics into clear, actionable business decisions.
• MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
