Mechanical Designer II (Revit)

What you will do

• Support mechanical assignments across planning, feasibility, concept development, detailed design, construction documentation, and construction administration.
• Assist with 3D modeling, mechanical design, field investigations, red-to-black markups, and discipline deliverables.
• Develop coordinated and constructible designs under the supervision of the project Engineer-of-Record.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, designers, construction staff, clients, and external partners.
• Travel as required for client development and project execution.

Requirements

• Applicable associate degree or technical trade school certification.
• 3–7 years of experience in design or construction, including field experience.
• Basic proficiency in Revit.
• Experience with fundamental HVAC, mechanical utility, and piping system design.
• Understanding of applicable building codes and technical requirements in hirify.global’s market areas.
• Ability to coordinate accurately and efficiently with architectural, engineering, and construction teams.

Nice to have

• AutoCAD MEP experience.
• Piping and ductwork experience.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience interfacing with clients and external partners.
