What you will do

• Design mechanical systems for a variety of building types, including infrastructure, higher education, healthcare, and mission-critical facilities.
• Perform load and energy calculations using IES or similar software.
• Develop detailed project specifications, construction drawings, reports, and studies.
• Conduct existing building surveys and document mechanical systems.
• Provide construction administration services, including site visits, submittal reviews, and RFI responses.
• Execute QA/QC of design work to ensure technical accuracy and code compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• Possession of an Engineer in Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 2-5 years of design experience in HVAC and power piping systems.
• Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel up to 15%.
• Strong familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and design guidelines.
