Wellness Nurse (LPN) Full-Time

Location: Haverford, Pennsylvania, USA; onsite full-time. Shifts are 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m. or 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.

Salary: $34.00–$36.00 per hour

What you will do

• Provide direct nursing care with an emphasis on holistic resident wellness.
• Monitor residents’ health, safety, and well-being.
• Assist with training and monitoring medication administration.
• Supervise care staff in line with state regulations and community policies.
• Conduct thorough resident assessments and support clinical quality assurance.
• Promote high service standards while supporting the company’s mission.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and a current LPN license.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, techniques, methods, and applicable federal and state regulations.
• Experience working with residents with Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and use Microsoft Office, including Windows, Outlook, and Excel.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, kneel, communicate, and perform other physical duties required for resident care, including lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds.

Nice to have

• At least two years of experience in long-term care, assisted living, home health, or a hospital setting.
