What you will do

• Develop design concepts and project intent based on client briefs.
• Prepare and coordinate project information for architects, clients, and contractors.
• Support the development of space planning, design drawings, and construction documents.
• Participate in design reviews and regular site visits.
• Ensure project files and processes comply with internal company procedures.
• Promote Design Risk Assessment best practices to eliminate hazards during early design phases.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Architecture preferred.
• 3+ years of experience performing architectural design work.
• Life Science industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office suite.
• Strong understanding of multi-disciplinary project coordination.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and work collaboratively in a team.
