Business Development Associate

Starting salary: $26–$34 per hour ($54,080–$70,720 annually based on a 40-hour work week)

What you will do

• Generate and develop new business opportunities for the advertising sales team.
• Research prospects and identify potential clients and revenue opportunities.
• Manage top-of-funnel sales pipelines, including outbound outreach and inbound interest.
• Help secure, maintain, and grow client relationships through thoughtful outreach and service.
• Support sales growth and collaborate with the broader sales team.
• Use CRM software to manage sales processes and pipelines.

Requirements

• At least one year of customer or client service experience is preferred.
• Experience with prospecting, lead research, outbound outreach, and inbound lead organization.
• Strong project management, time management, prioritization, and sales fundamentals.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales pipeline management.
• Proactive, organized, collaborative, and receptive to feedback.
