Department Manager - Westfield Oakridge (Retail)

Location: San Jose, California, USA; full-time onsite position.

Salary: $28.88–$33.21 per hour; non-exempt, hourly pay status.

What you will do

• Lead, support, and develop the department team, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, scheduling, and succession planning.
• Manage the store’s omni-channel customer experience, customer service standards, loyalty app promotion, and sustainability initiatives.
• Analyze sales and budget performance, identify commercial opportunities, and create plans to optimize results and profitability.
• Maintain fashion, visual merchandising, product presentation, stock levels, fitting room, checkout, and garment-cycle standards.
• Ensure administrative, operational, health and safety, legal, opening, and closing routines are completed correctly.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandisers and store colleagues to communicate priorities, share feedback, and support execution.
