H&M Department Manager - Woodfield Mall (Retail)

Location: 5 Woodfield Mall, Schaumburg, Illinois, United States; onsite retail position

Compensation: $26.60–$30.59 per hour; non-exempt, hourly

What you will do

• Lead and support the department team while building an inclusive, collaborative, and entrepreneurial store culture.
• Manage the omni-channel customer experience, customer service, sales performance, budgets, and department profitability.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, succession planning, scheduling, and team communication.
• Monitor fashion trends, products, competitors, and influencers, and ensure the team provides relevant product and fashion knowledge.
• Execute visual and commercial presentation standards, stock management, garment care, fitting-room routines, checkout procedures, and omni services.
• Maintain clean and organized sales-floor and back-of-house areas, follow health, safety, legal, and operational procedures, and manage daily store opening and closing.
