Growth Strategy Analyst/Sr Analyst, Partnerships (Mental Health)

Location: Must be located within a 45-minute commute of New York City and work four days per week in the NYC office.

Salary: $75,000–$100,000 annual target base compensation. Target total cash compensation, including performance-based bonus, is $82,000–$110,000 per year.

What you will do

• Research high-potential markets and clinical products, and develop go-to-market strategies.
• Build financial and operational analyses supporting market and product expansion decisions.
• Develop processes that improve operational efficiency across the organization.
• Work with Commercial Strategy, Care Strategy, Compliance, Finance, and Outreach teams to develop and execute market launches.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and maintain accountability.
• Analyze business metrics, monitor industry and competitive trends, and present recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience; consulting, investment banking, or investing experience is advantageous.
• Professional experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, relationship-building, problem-solving, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Must be able to commute to New York City within 45 minutes and work four days per week in the NYC office.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, Hex, or Tableau.
