Business Analyst, Individual Investor (Data)

Location: Chicago, United States; hybrid work with four days in-office each week

Total cash compensation: $74,325–$100,325 annually, including annual base salary and target incentive.

What you will do

• Track daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly KPIs across hirify.global Investor, hirify.global.com, and other investor products.
• Build and maintain dashboards covering trials, subscriber growth, page views, engagement, and on-site behavior.
• Consolidate data from Google services, Redshift, Stripe, and AWS into automated reporting solutions.
• Conduct cohort, retention, customer lifetime value, financial forecasting, and trend analyses.
• Evaluate the impact of pricing, marketing spend, and acquisition efforts on revenue and subscription performance.
• Partner with engineering and data teams to build centralized infrastructure and implement tracking through Google Tag Manager and SQL-based pipelines.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
• Strong SQL experience querying and analyzing large datasets.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Looker Studio, Tableau, or QuickSight.
• Experience with AWS services including Athena, Redshift, and QuickSight.
• Strong analytical skills in financial modeling, forecasting, trend analysis, data structuring, and interpretation.
• Programming experience in Python or R, plus familiarity with A/B testing tools and subscription retention metrics.
