Senior Business Intelligence Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts; hybrid work with occasional onsite presence

Salary: $99,900–$115,100 per year

What you will do

• Deliver multiple Business Intelligence projects simultaneously for clinical and operational stakeholders.
• Define business needs, develop project charters, gather requirements, and establish project scope.
• Identify data sources and design technical data requirements using enterprise analytics frameworks.
• Create visualization wireframes, dashboards, and other analytic assets with BI tools.
• Write SQL queries and collaborate with internal teams on QA and user acceptance testing.
• Train stakeholders and analysts while addressing feedback and maintaining high customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in healthcare.
• Proficiency with SQL and Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau.
• Experience navigating Epic Hyperspace, the Clarity Data Model, and data warehouses.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
• Ability to present results, manage stakeholder expectations, and contribute to developing other analysts.

• Experience with Tableau and Clarity Data models.
