Business Intelligence Analyst (Finance)

Location: San Diego, CA; hybrid onsite 3 days per week on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Full-time schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm PST. U.S. work authorization is required.

Salary: $90,000–$115,000 per year, with eligibility for additional incentives.

What you will do

• Respond to stakeholder inquiries and deliver conclusions based on clearly defined business questions and assumptions.
• Develop and maintain advanced, dynamic Tableau dashboards and other self-service analytics tools.
• Manipulate data from multiple sources to generate business insights and support strategic development.
• Use knowledge of data processes and applications to assist with data warehouse development.
• Develop creative analytics approaches and communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Tell clear stories from data and build confidence in analytical deliverables.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in business intelligence or a relevant degree.
• Experience with Tableau or similar business intelligence tools.
• Intermediate SQL knowledge.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Ability to learn quickly and demonstrate growth potential.
