Senior Forward Deployed Automation Strategist

Location: United States; fully remote with approximately 5% travel

Salary: $100,000–$115,000 annually, plus benefits and bonus

What you will do

• Consult PaaS clients on designing decision automation programs that maximize platform value.
• Translate complex client requirements into detailed technical blueprints for development teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, Design, and Engineering on new functionality and product enhancements.
• Develop strategic roadmaps for continuous improvement of decision automation performance.
• Analyze authorization data and build and maintain dashboards and analytical reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor client KPIs, ensure end-to-end automation success, and identify opportunities to scale consultation workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role, with demonstrated success building relationships and driving engagement, value, and satisfaction.
• Understanding of healthcare systems, medical terminology, clinical workflows, and regulations.
• Ability to navigate ethical issues in healthcare data management and analysis with professionalism and integrity.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; proficiency with Tableau or Power BI dashboards and SQL for complex healthcare datasets.
• Ability to develop deep product expertise, guide customers, solve strategic issues, and optimize platform value.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders on KPI definition and product enhancements; bachelor's degree required.
