Warehouse Supervisor - Eves

Location: Weighbridge Rd, Shirebrook, Mansfield, UK. Full-time onsite role working a rotating shift pattern of 5 days out of 7, including weekends.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and manage Warehouse Operatives and Trainee Supervisors, including performance reviews and SMART goal setting.
• Work with the Section Manager and Warehouse Leadership team to monitor shift delivery, operational plans, and strategic activities.
• Drive productivity and performance against key metrics to fulfil web and store demand on time and in full.
• Review labour plans, identify coverage issues, and provide feedback and plans to address missed targets.
• Champion site safety through inspections, hazard spotting, safety walks, risk assessments, and audits.
• Support culture change initiatives and reduce employee turnover.

Requirements

• Experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain.
• Strong potential for people and change management.
• Good systems skills and problem-solving ability in a fast-paced business.
• Customer-focused approach to operational management.
• Resilient, flexible, and approachable working style.
• Availability for a rotating schedule of 5 days out of 7, including weekends.
