Inventory Planner - Rotables Forecasting

What you will do

• Plan and coordinate aircraft spares, cabin and BFE materials, IFE equipment, tools, and consumables for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
• Review forecasts, reorder proposals, engineering documents, hard-time requirements, and tool staggering to initiate procurement requests.
• Set reorder levels and quantities, evaluate rotable float levels using Poisson calculations, and maintain service levels at reasonable cost.
• Monitor fleet defects, discrepancies, shelf-life expiry items, scrap transactions, and replenishment actions in the ERP system.
• Implement pooling and consignment stock methods, identify surplus inventory, and recommend disposal actions.
• Support aircraft induction, return-to-service, end-of-lease projects, departmental processes, manuals, and assigned materials-planning projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical qualification, or at least three years of aviation inventory management experience.
• Experience in aircraft technical material planning, procurement, and supplier management.
• Knowledge of technical manuals such as IPC, ITEM, and MPD, and familiarity with RSPLs, W-File, spare repair and warranty processes, OEM support contracts, and lease-return requirements.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure in multicultural environments.
