What you will do

• Translate production plans into material requirements by running and maintaining the MRP process in SAP.
• Monitor material availability and coordinate with procurement and suppliers to prevent production delays.
• Lead daily exception reviews to resolve material shortages, delivery delays, and unexpected demand changes.
• Evaluate stock coverage, shelf-life, and obsolescence risks to balance availability and working capital.
• Coordinate material priorities with Production, Procurement, and Warehouse teams.
• Maintain full traceability of material movements and planning changes in compliance with hirify.global standards.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Material Planning, Procurement, or Production Control within manufacturing or engineering.
• Practical experience running MRP processes using SAP or comparable ERP systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related technical field.
• Strong understanding of BOM structures, lead-time management, and supplier coordination.
• Proficiency in SAP MM/MRP modules and Excel-based data analysis.

Nice to have

• APICS CPIM or CSCP certifications.
