Procurement Officer (Defense Technology)

What you will do

• Source goods and services through requests for quotation and supplier quotations.
• Prepare purchase orders and procurement documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers to support timely delivery.
• Maintain supplier relationships and resolve procurement issues.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and ERP processes.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and support process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of procurement or supply chain experience.
• Experience using ERP systems.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• English proficiency is required.

Nice to have

• CIPS or an equivalent procurement certification.
• Experience in manufacturing, defense, or industrial sectors.
• Knowledge of contract management and strategic sourcing.
