Procurement Specialist - Emirati Talent

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including requisitions, purchase orders, contracts, ERP updates, and procurement records.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers to optimize quality, cost, delivery, service, and commercial terms.
• Prepare, review, and finalize purchase orders, contracts, agreements, NDAs, and supplier correspondence.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, and inspection teams on product qualification, inspections, shipping, and project delivery.
• Monitor supplier performance, resolve delivery and quality issues, manage claims, and develop strategic supplier relationships.
• Track contract performance, payments, deadlines, and audit documentation while improving procurement processes and governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant field.
• Certified Professional Purchasing qualification or relevant training.
• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience.
• Understanding of confidentiality requirements related to procurement and supplier qualifications.
• English proficiency is required.
