What you will do

• Prepare and manage a dynamic master production schedule covering raw materials, equipment, manpower, and production timelines.
• Lead production planning, scheduling, and forecasting activities to ensure maximum performance and minimal delays.
• Prepare, release, and monitor production orders and maintain Bills of Materials within the ERP system.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Stores, Logistics, and Production teams to ensure achievable output.
• Develop and update production and delivery dashboards for management reporting.
• Integrate world-class safety, health, and environmental standards into all planning processes.

Requirements

• Nationality: Emirati Talent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, specifically in production planning and forecasting.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
• Strong proficiency in sales forecasting and trend analysis.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, preferably within the defense industry.
