Salesforce Engineering Lead (Salesforce)

Location: Remote in the USA, Texas

Salary: $85,910–$162,890 per year

What you will do

• Design, develop, maintain, and document Salesforce applications and client solutions.
• Work with architects, consultants, engineers, and client stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable systems.
• Integrate manual and automated quality assurance throughout the software development lifecycle, including regression and post-release testing.
• Troubleshoot defects, reproduce issues, execute test cases, and coordinate effective test plans.
• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders, track issues, provide progress updates, and estimate fix timelines and costs.
• Support sales by designing demos and implementing client environments without conducting the demos.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer certification (Dev 201) required.
• At least 3 years of Salesforce development experience; consulting experience is preferred.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, and/or Azure, plus Heroku, MongoDB, and/or Google Firebase.
• Experience with MuleSoft, Marketing Cloud, and UI/UX design.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills; ability to travel as needed.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Advanced Developer certification.
• Prior consulting experience.
