Salesforce Application Engineer

Location: 100% remote within the United States. Applicants must be U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, EAD Holders, or H-1B transfer candidates; new H-1B visa petitions cannot be sponsored.

Salary: $100,000–$150,000 annually.

What you will do

• Design and build production-grade Salesforce solutions for complex enterprise requirements.
• Develop custom business logic with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and platform-aware architecture.
• Build user interfaces with Lightning Web Components and modern JavaScript.
• Implement REST and SOAP integrations with Salesforce and external systems.
• Create Flow-based declarative automation while maintaining scalable, supportable solutions.
• Apply Salesforce data modeling, sharing, platform limits, and source-driven development practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Deep expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce platform limits.
• Strong proficiency with Lightning Web Components and modern JavaScript.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, Flow, Salesforce data modeling, and sharing.
• Experience with Salesforce DX and modern source-driven development.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
• Experience with Industry Clouds, including Financial Services, Health, or Manufacturing.
• Familiarity with MuleSoft or other middleware platforms.
• Exposure to Einstein AI or Agentforce development.
• Experience with Experience Cloud development.
