Location: U.S. Remote

Salary: $100,000–$125,000 base annually, plus bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions supporting Customer Support, Customer Experience, and Professional Services.
• Build Agentforce invocable Apex actions, prompt templates, and grounding logic for customer 360 workflows.
• Develop Apex REST services and use GraphQL and Connect APIs according to platform versioning and deprecation standards.
• Implement OAuth 2.0 authentication flows, including JWT bearer, client credentials, and refresh token rotation.
• Build and maintain SFDX-based delivery pipelines with source tracking, scratch orgs, automated Apex tests, Git, and DevOps Center approval gates.
• Refine requirements with stakeholders, document architecture and APIs, and diagnose production issues using logs, Event Monitoring, and data analysis.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce platform development experience, or an accepted alternative path involving a relevant master's degree, PhD, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, asynchronous Apex, governor limits, bulkification, and query performance.
• Experience developing Salesforce APIs and integrating Salesforce with external systems through middleware or direct API connections.
• Working knowledge of OAuth 2.0, connected apps, JWT bearer and client credentials flows, and Named or External Credentials.
• Experience with secure Salesforce development, including CRUD/FLS enforcement, Apex sharing, SOQL injection prevention, CORS, and CSP Trusted Sites.
• Must already have U.S. work authorization; candidates requiring current or future sponsorship are not considered.

Nice to have

• Experience with React, Next.js, or a similar JavaScript framework.
• Familiarity with Service Cloud, Salesforce Knowledge, Experience Cloud, and Certinia PSA.
• Experience with Boomi, MuleSoft, SOX-regulated or audited environments.
