TL;DR
Lead Salesforce Software Engineer (Salesforce/MuleSoft): Designing and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions, enterprise integrations, and data migration workflows across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications with an accent on architecture, platform security, and AI-augmented software delivery. Focus on building REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven integrations, governing data pipelines, and using Agentic AI to improve development, testing, documentation, and automation.

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications.
- Define coding standards, design patterns, DevOps practices, CI/CD workflows, Salesforce DX, Git, and pipeline tooling.
- Conduct architecture and code reviews, provide technical direction, and mentor Salesforce developers across distributed teams.
- Design MuleSoft integrations and REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, CDC, and middleware solutions for enterprise and legacy systems.
- Own data architecture and lead migration, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and cutover activities.
- Apply Einstein AI, Agentforce, and other Generative AI or Agentic AI tools across development, testing, documentation, and automation.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with technical leadership.
- Deep knowledge of Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce platform internals, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and workflow automation.
- Strong experience with MuleSoft or equivalent integration platforms, REST APIs, event-driven architecture, and middleware patterns.
- Proven experience designing ETL processes and executing data transformation, reconciliation, migration, and cutover activities.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tooling, plus daily use of Generative AI or Agentic AI in software delivery.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification is required; Integration Architecture Designer or Data Architecture Designer certification is strongly preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience in regulated utility, energy, or infrastructure sectors and familiarity with compliance and audit requirements.
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein Analytics, or Agentforce.
- Hands-on experience with Windsurf, Devin, or similar Agentic AI coding platforms.
