Salesforce Technical Consultant (Salesforce)

Location: 100% remote within the United States. U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, EAD Holders, and H-1B transfer candidates may apply; new H-1B visa petitions cannot be sponsored.

Salary: $130,000–$145,000 annually

What you will do

• Design and build production-grade Salesforce solutions for complex enterprise requirements.
• Develop custom business logic with Apex, SOQL, and SOSL while respecting platform limits.
• Build user interfaces with Lightning Web Components and modern JavaScript.
• Implement Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Create Flow-based and declarative automation.
• Deliver maintainable solutions using Salesforce DX and source-driven development practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least five years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Deep expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, platform limits, the Salesforce data model, and sharing.
• Strong proficiency with Lightning Web Components and modern JavaScript.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, Flow, declarative automation, and Salesforce DX.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification and strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
• Experience with Industry Clouds, including Financial Services, Health, or Manufacturing.
• Familiarity with MuleSoft or other middleware platforms.
• Exposure to Einstein AI or Agentforce development.
• Experience with Experience Cloud development.
