Maintenance Supervisor (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Provide guidance, direction, and supervision to maintenance employees.
• Plan, schedule, and execute maintenance operations within the assigned area.
• Promote company policies, safety plans, and operational standards.
• Address performance issues and employee concerns promptly through regular shop-floor communication.
• Maintain organized, productive work areas and support departmental and company objectives.
• Perform assigned special projects and other duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; a two-year college degree is preferred.
• Two years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or operational environment preferred.
• Practical understanding of industrial and maintenance principles, standards, methods, and practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in an industrial, fast-paced, and changing environment and collaborate with employees at different management levels.
• Flexibility to work assigned shifts or rotations, including weekends and holidays, and to support continuous operations with extensive hours.

Nice to have

• Experience troubleshooting industrial automation equipment, instruments, electrical drives, and PLCs.
• Knowledge of disciplined problem-solving methods.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
