Learning Innovation Manager, Program Impact (AI)

Location: Fully remote

Salary: $72,000–$82,000 per year

What you will do

• Design, refine, pilot, and evaluate curricula and instructional materials using backward design, adult learning theory, and UDL.
• Administer, configure, and optimize Canvas LMS, including course shells, enrollments, gradebooks, and reporting.
• Manage the web-based conferencing platform for live instruction, including facilitator support and troubleshooting.
• Evaluate and pilot emerging edtech and AI-enabled learning tools.
• Design impact measurement frameworks, dashboards, and reporting tools for learner engagement and program outcomes.
• Partner with Education, Workforce Development, Business Operations, and IT teams to align learning design, technology, employment outcomes, KPIs, and stakeholder reporting.

Requirements

• Experience with instructional design methodologies and curriculum development.
• Hands-on experience administering Canvas LMS or a comparable learning management system and web-based conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Teams, or WebEx.
• Strong data analytics skills, including reporting, dashboard development, and translating data into recommendations.
• Strong project management, strategic thinking, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in program development, instructional design, learning innovation, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, Excel, BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI, and survey or assessment platforms.
• Experience in a nonprofit, education, or mission-driven program environment.
• Master’s degree in Education, Learning Design, Data Science, or a related field.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled learning tools and emerging edtech trends.
