Marketplace Associate

Location: New York City (HQ), hybrid with typically 4+ days in office; up to approximately 15% travel required

Salary: $100,000–$135,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Own shift fulfillment targets for new customer launches and ensure high-quality delivery and fill rates.
• Execute onboarding campaigns, marketplace analytics, bonuses, incentives, assisted partner conversion, and targeted bonuses.
• Grow into ownership of day-to-day Marketplace execution for a major customer launch.
• Use Google Sheets, SQL, and analytical tools to identify fulfillment gaps, efficiency opportunities, and product improvements.
• Identify marketplace risks, monitor and triage in-shift issues, and drive cross-functional resolution.
• Build repeatable processes, workflows, and tooling that improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, strategy and operations, consulting, or a similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong SQL or technical fluency, with the ability to translate analysis into action.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve measurable targets and drive problems through to resolution.
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments, prioritize complex work, and follow through across multiple workstreams.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to build cross-functional alignment.
• Ability to work from the New York City headquarters at least four days per week and travel up to approximately 15%.
