Training & Adoption Specialist (SAP SuccessFactors LMS)

Location: Hybrid, with on-site and off-site work in Alexandria, Virginia, across the Mid-Atlantic Region. U.S. citizenship is required.

What you will do

• Administer and provide Tier II technical support for the SAP NS2 SuccessFactors cloud-based Learning Management System.
• Serve as an LMS administrator and subject matter expert for federal human capital modernization programs.
• Create courses, manage enrollment and completion tracking, and produce compliance reports.
• Lead user training, change management, adoption strategies, and LMS utilization tracking.
• Maintain help desk statistics, issue tracking, training documentation, and training plans.
• Support digital transformation, process automation, analytics, system integration, and performance-based service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Education.
• At least 5 years of training and change management experience.
• Experience with training delivery and adoption strategy.
• Facilitation and strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools, analytical work, documentation, organization, and prioritization.
• U.S. citizenship required; visa sponsorship for H-1B or TN visas is not available.

Nice to have

• Government and public services sector experience.
• Functional or technical expertise in HR technology, LMS administration, or human capital analytics.
• SAP certification or experience supporting SAP cloud learning applications.
• Experience with federal human capital management policies and compliance requirements.
