What you will do

• Support sales staff and customers throughout the finance and insurance process.
• Build customer relationships, referrals, and a strong customer network.
• Sell finance and insurance products and deliver proper menu presentations.
• Prepare accurate title and funding paperwork and maintain lender relationships.
• Desk deals and take turnovers when needed to maximize deal potential.
• Meet monthly objectives while following local and national regulations.

Requirements

• Prior automotive F&I experience is required.
• Ability to create and maintain customer relationships.
• Strong computer skills, including Internet, Microsoft Outlook, Dealertrack, and ADP.
• Knowledge of tag and title laws and DMV requirements.
• Experience working with local and national bankers and manufacturer representatives.
• Understanding of secondary loans and banking processes.
