Accounts Payable Clerk

Location: Corporate offices in Edmond, Oklahoma, USA; Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

What you will do

• Maintain accurate accounts payable schedules and process approved vendor invoices.
• Verify that invoices are posted to the correct general ledger accounts.
• Maintain vendor files, including tax, 1099, and insurance documentation.
• Organize and maintain purchase orders and occasionally print checks.
• Organize customer referrals and monitor payable and receivable activity.
• Complete filing and scanning of financial documents.

Requirements

• Accounts receivable or accounts payable experience; automotive retail experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to work onsite at the Edmond, Oklahoma corporate offices during regular business hours.

Nice to have

• Experience with CDK and ADP.
• Accounts receivable or accounts payable experience in automotive retail.
