Lead Data Strategist

Location: Denver, Colorado, USA; employees must be available to work onsite at a client location or hirify.global office as requested, with remote work permitted when compatible with hirify.global and client needs.

Base pay: $175,000–$250,000 per year.

What you will do

• Advise client technology and business leaders on data and analytics strategies.
• Turn ambiguous business concepts into actionable insights and organization-wide data value.
• Develop strategic plans for data integration, quality, delivery, governance, and modernization.
• Assess data management technologies and formulate architectural trade-offs and recommendations.
• Lead client engagements, solution delivery, technical planning, and engagement scoping.
• Coach and develop consultants while supporting business development and thought leadership.

Requirements

• 14+ years of experience leading large technical teams and projects.
• 10+ years implementing on-premises and cloud data management platforms.
• Experience assessing traditional and modern data architectures based on business needs.
• Experience with modern data stack technologies and multiple cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Background in data integration, transformation, real-time distribution, NoSQL, and data warehousing platforms.
• 5+ years scoping technical engagements in consulting services.
