Data Governance Developer (IDMC/CDGC/AWS)

Salary: $76,000–$187,000 annual base compensation

What you will do

• Lead data governance initiatives on Informatica IDMC/CDGC and align frameworks with business goals.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define IDMC/CDGC solutions.
• Oversee governance program planning, delivery, execution, and adoption.
• Provide expertise in data integration, lineage, and metadata management.
• Drive PII identification, classification, privacy-by-design, and protection strategies.
• Define retention, archival, and lifecycle policies while enforcing governance controls across scalable enterprise data platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise data ecosystems and 5+ years in data governance or data architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC/CDGC.
• Experience with PowerCenter and AWS environments.
• Leadership experience in enterprise data governance initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Telecommunications domain experience.
• Experience implementing enterprise governance frameworks.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations, including GDPR and CCPA.
