Traveling Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Denver, Colorado, USA; strong preference for candidates located in Denver, the DC Metro, Miami Metro, Boston area, or Philadelphia area. Travel of at least 75% of the time is required, with easy access to a large airport.

Salary: USD 90,000–105,000 yearly, plus annual bonus.

What you will do

• Act as Service Manager at assigned communities and provide operational support.
• Oversee property maintenance management across multiple communities, including service requests, unit turns, preventative maintenance, staff supervision, and training.
• Provide operational support to regional offices and assigned properties.
• Support Property Managers, Service Managers, regional leaders, and operations directors with audit-related action plans.
• Manage vendor relationships and serve as a subject matter expert in maintenance and service operations.

Requirements

• Ability and expectation to travel at least 75% of the time.
• At least 5 years of experience in multifamily service operations management.
• At least 2 years of experience in a direct Service Management role.
• Experience managing large properties and supervising multiple sites.
• Strong team-building, coaching, training, communication, customer service, and financial-results skills.
• Hands-on management approach and ability to motivate teams.
