Maintenance Technician (30014)

Location: Fort Collins, Colorado, USA; onsite maintenance at the Buffalo Run property.

Salary: USD 22–24 per hour

What you will do

• Complete work orders within designated time frames and turn over vacant apartments within five days of move-out.
• Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to maintain health and safety standards.
• Maintain electrical, plumbing, heating, locking, door, and manual building systems.
• Prepare, prime, and paint interior and exterior building surfaces.
• Maintain documentation for fire extinguishers, fire suppression systems, alarms, and other building systems.
• Document work performance and materials procurement while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

• At least one year of previous experience as a Maintenance Technician.
• High school diploma required.
• In-depth knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices.
• Manual dexterity, attention to detail, strong time management, and organizational skills.
• Problem-solving aptitude and availability for rotating on-call duties.

• Relevant certifications, such as HVAC or CMRP.
