Maintenance Technician (59225)

Location: Panorama City, CA, United States; Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm; on-call availability required

What you will do

• Complete work orders within designated time frames and turn over vacated apartments within five days.
• Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to maintain health and safety standards.
• Maintain electrical, plumbing, heating, locks, doors, windows, and other building components.
• Prepare, prime, and paint interior and exterior building surfaces.
• Maintain documentation for fire extinguishers, fire suppression systems, alarms, and other building systems.
• Document work performed and materials procured, maintain a clean work environment, and participate in technical and safety training.

Requirements

• At least one year of previous experience as a Maintenance Technician.
• High school diploma required.
• In-depth knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices.
• Manual dexterity, attention to detail, strong time management, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Additional relevant certification, such as HVAC or CMRP.
