What you will do

• Set up, install, test, repair, and maintain plant equipment and facilities using schematics, wiring diagrams, specifications, and technical manuals.
• Fabricate fixturing, tooling, repair parts, and replacement parts using lathes, mills, CNC equipment, and related tools.
• Install and maintain wiring and conduit, test circuits, and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems.
• Perform carpentry, painting, plumbing, pipe fitting, masonry, and general facilities maintenance.
• Operate maintenance equipment, power tools, welding equipment, forklifts, and lifting devices safely.
• Ensure the quality and safety of work while following environmental, regulatory, building, electrical, fire, and maintenance codes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years of industrial maintenance, manufacturing maintenance, or related technical experience.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic systems, including solid-state troubleshooting and component replacement.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and engineering drawings.
• Experience using oscilloscopes, meters, maintenance software, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently, climb ladders, work at heights, and perform physically demanding tasks in a manufacturing environment.

Nice to have

• Welding and fabrication experience.
• OSHA 10-hour or 30-hour certification.
• Forklift operation certification.
