Maintenance Technician (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Rosenberg, Texas, with maintenance responsibilities in Houston, United States

What you will do

• Install, modify, diagnose, and repair machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Maintain plant equipment and administer the preventive maintenance program to maximize uptime.
• Perform plumbing, carpentry, welding, fabrication, and general facility maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for equipment repairs, installations, quotes, and material orders.
• Manage spare-parts inventory, maintenance records, procedures, and safety compliance.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree, trade certificate, or 2–4 years of related maintenance experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, welding, and fabrication systems and processes.
• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Ability to read and apply technical manuals, blueprints, safety regulations, maintenance procedures, and government regulations.
• Ability to prepare accurate maintenance reports, procedures, technical recommendations, and business correspondence.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.

Nice to have

• Associate of Applied Science degree in industrial maintenance, welding technology, control systems, industrial automation engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a maintenance technician in manufacturing.
• Fluent English and Spanish communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
