Salary: $116,852–$151,757 per year; the range is specific to Washington State.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain integrated baseline lifecycle schedules for cGMP and radiochemistry projects.
• Update the master schedule and provide weekly progress reports, layouts, and schedule publications.
• Identify plan variances, analyze schedule performance, and communicate developing problem areas.
• Analyze critical paths and constraints, recommend corrective solutions, and support achievement of key milestones.
• Maintain EPPM data, global code fields, baseline copies, and interfaces with other applications.
• Facilitate project reviews and collaborate with project management and project teams on schedule controls and performance metrics.

Requirements

• At least four years of project scheduling experience, preferably in R&D, engineering, chemistry, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 EPPM, Microsoft Project, and scheduling software.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or an equivalent technical field preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and independent working skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, handle frequent interruptions, exercise judgment, and collaborate with integrity.

Nice to have

• PSP or AACE certification.
• Experience with Power BI Service, Oracle BI, or other data analytics platforms.
• Experience with Confluence and JIRA.
