Assistant Technical Services Manager (Hardlines)

Location: Fanling, New Territories, Hong Kong; full-time onsite role

What you will do

• Lead and maintain the laboratory quality management system in line with ISO 17025 and accreditation requirements.
• Plan and conduct internal audits and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Lead new test development, method improvement, and R&D projects.
• Protect the integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of laboratory data and test reports.
• Investigate customer complaints, implement corrective and preventive actions, and provide technical guidance to internal teams and customers.
• Manage the LIMS, external service providers, suppliers, and laboratory team development activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Science, Physics, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in testing, quality assurance, compliance, or technical services.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin, is required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, mature, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Nice to have

• Experience in toy testing.
• Additional relevant experience in testing, quality assurance, compliance, or technical services.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for Technical Service Executive.
