What you will do

• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure electronic materials meet quality standards and specifications.
• Develop and implement supplier quality management systems, including audits, evaluations, and certifications.
• Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular data analysis and reporting.
• Lead root cause analysis for quality issues and develop corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct on-site audits and inspections of suppliers globally.
• Manage the validation and approval of SPCN and second-source suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electronic engineering or a related major.
• 3+ years of experience in product or test engineering within large electronic manufacturing companies.
• Expertise in electronic materials such as switches, cables, PCB, FPC, and motors.
• Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949) and tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA).
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Willingness to travel globally for on-site supplier audits.

Nice to have

• Experience in quality management for electronic material suppliers in large-scale manufacturing.
• CQE or CQA certifications.
• Knowledge of the latest electronic material technologies and industry trends.
