What you will do

• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure electronic materials meet company quality standards and specifications.
• Develop and implement supplier quality management systems, including audits, evaluations, and certification processes.
• Monitor supplier quality performance and conduct regular data analysis and reporting.
• Resolve supplier quality issues through root cause analysis and development of corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead the validation and approval of SPCN (Supplier Process Change Notification) and 2nd source suppliers.
• Coordinate cross-departmentally with R&D and procurement to optimize business performance and process quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in electronic engineering or related majors.
• At least 8 years of experience in product and test engineering within large electronic manufacturing companies.
• Expertise in electronic materials such as switches, cables, PCB, FPC, and Motors.
• Proficiency in quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949) and tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA).
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Must be based in or able to work in Suzhou, China.

Nice to have

• Experience in quality management of electronic material suppliers for large-scale electronics manufacturing.
• Quality management certifications such as CQE or CQA.
• Knowledge of current industry trends and the latest electronic material technologies.
