Product Support Engineer (Home Care)

What you will do

• Provide application support across the Home Care portfolio, including product claims, demonstrations, competitive benchmarking, technical training, and key account and marketing initiatives.
• Identify unmet needs, consumer insights, and product performance opportunities, translating them into selling points, product improvements, and growth opportunities.
• Support new product launches and product maintenance, including modifications, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with business, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and global technical teams to support commercialization readiness and business priorities.
• Contribute to a strong Environmental Health and Safety culture by following safety policies, identifying hazards, and supporting continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or above in Engineering or Science, such as Materials, Textile/Nonwoven, Polymer, Chemistry, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in application engineering, product support, technical service, or a related role.
• Experience providing customer-focused technical support through problem solving, structured testing, and practical solution development.
• Experience supporting product launches, product modifications, and product maintenance, and translating consumer, customer, and business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong collaboration, communication, technical presentation, and project execution skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with consumer products, Home Care, or related materials and application areas.
• Knowledge of intellectual property or patent-related processes.
