What you will do

• Provide technical guidance and develop test plans based on client inquiries.
• Deliver technical support to sales staff and the Project Management Team.
• Research the latest updates in standards, directives, regulations, and laws.
• Organize and lead internal technical training courses and public seminars for clients.
• Execute additional duties as assigned by the Department Manager.

Requirements

• College degree or above in a relevant field.
• At least five years of laboratory testing experience or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possession of a relevant degree or professional diploma.
