What you will do
- Coordinate and supervise a team of airport operations agents.
- Manage airport resources and equipment to support timely, safe, and compliant operations.
- Coordinate handling, network, turnaround, and extraordinary loading operations.
- Provide clear operating instructions and monitor adherence to procedures and regulations.
- Track operational timeliness, accuracy, KPIs, and on-time performance.
- Conduct briefings and debriefings to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Degree-level education is preferred.
- At least 4 years of operational experience in airline, cargo, or ground-handling operations.
- Ability to work in line with safety procedures, operating instructions, regulations, and carrier policies.
