Area Supervisor (Logistics)

What you will do

• Manage daily delivery operations, live fleet performance, delivery speed, customer ratings, and order cancellations across an assigned district.
• Coordinate with 3PL providers and fleet vendors, address service gaps, and scale rider supply during demand spikes.
• Monitor On-Time Delivery Rate, Orders Per Hour, delivery cost per order, and other operational KPIs.
• Build performance reports in Microsoft Excel and identify root causes when results fall below target.
• Conduct field audits covering rider attendance, uniforms, equipment, and professional conduct.
• Support rider onboarding and training on app navigation, route efficiency, customer interaction, and road safety.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain, operations management, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in fleet operations, e-commerce, grocery, or marketplace environments.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, filters, and formulas.
• Excellent English is required.
• Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
