Agent-Air Import Operations (Logistics)

Location: Onsite at Super Terminal 1, Chek Lap Kok, Hong Kong

What you will do

• Coordinate and monitor critical air shipments from booking through final delivery.
• Manage shipment exceptions and escalations to maintain on-time performance.
• Collaborate with operations, brokerage, customer service, airlines, handlers, and vendors to resolve urgent issues.
• Verify documentation and support compliance with customs, security, and dangerous goods regulations.
• Provide customer updates, conduct post-incident reviews, and support customs clearance and service provider arrangements onsite.
• Participate in rotating after-hours, night, and holiday on-call coverage.

Requirements

• University graduate with 1–2 years of relevant experience, or a certificate, diploma, or formal secondary school education with more than 3 years of freight forwarding experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.
• Strong interest in building a long-term career in logistics solutions.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient PC skills.
• Availability for rotating shifts, including night shifts, is required.
