What you will do

Allocate delivery schedules up to two weeks in advance.
Organize and track shipments to customers and subcontractors.
Load and unload trucks and move materials and parts around the shop floor safely.
Pack materials and parts in line with quality and safety standards.
Control shipping documentation and maintain EPI invoice copies.
Troubleshoot shipping issues and resolve customer complaints.

Requirements

Diploma or relevant experience in logistics.
5–10 years of experience in a logistics role.
Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
Strong communication and coordination skills with suppliers, customers, and freight forwarders.
Ability to manage multiple shipments and work under pressure.
Knowledge of local and international shipping regulations.

Nice to have

Experience in aerospace, defence, or oil and gas.
