Fleet Coordinator

What you will do

• Schedule and dispatch logistics drivers for supplier pickups, warehouse transfers, and customer or site deliveries.
• Coordinate administrative drivers for staff, executive, inter-office, site, and plant transportation requests.
• Maintain driver rosters, coverage plans, shift handovers, and a live fleet register.
• Schedule preventive maintenance, servicing, repairs, and vehicle compliance activities.
• Track fuel spending, fleet operating costs, and vendor performance while monitoring anomalies.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly fleet, driver, cost, compliance, and KPI reports.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in fleet coordination, transport management, or logistics operations.
• Working knowledge of UAE traffic and transport regulations and vehicle compliance requirements.
• Experience with scheduling, resource coordination, cost control, and budget discipline.
• Experience managing garages, insurers, fuel providers, or telematics vendors.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, business administration, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with fleet management and GPS tracking systems.
• Experience with fuel card platforms.
