What you will do

• Provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service to clients and colleagues.
• Process insurance changes and perform rating tasks.
• Ensure accurate client data entry.
• Collaborate with department members to meet customer service needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Property & Casualty Insurance license (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Two years of Business Insurance experience, preferably in an agency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Associates or Bachelors degree.
• Insurance designations such as CISR, AAI, or CIC.
• Experience with EPIC, Sagitta, and/or ImageRight.
