Countertop Service Technician - No-Installation

Location: Dallas, TX; daily local travel to customer sites and occasional overnight travel required

Salary: $24.00–$31.00 per hour

What you will do

• Travel to residential and commercial customer sites to evaluate product-related claims and provide professional service.
• Inspect claims, collect details and photographs, and document findings and completed work accurately and on time.
• Explain service solutions and options while setting clear customer expectations.
• Perform countertop finish work and on-site repairs using approved standards, techniques, and materials.
• Coordinate site visits and product findings with the Regional Product Representative.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment; follow all safety procedures and appointment schedules.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience in field service, customer service, or a trade position is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, customer service ability, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate power tools safely, accurately perceive colors, and read technical drawings or documents.
• Valid driver’s license from the state of residence and ability to pass hirify.global’s Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds daily and stand, bend, twist, and drive for extended periods.
